Campaign planning
Give a fundraising ambition a clear audience, message and practical way forward.
The approach
A useful campaign brief starts with the cause, not a slogan. We examine what the organisation needs to explain, who needs to hear it and what a responsible invitation to participate should look like. The output is a shared reference for everyone carrying the message.
Planning brings together audience context, location, capacity and a clear description of participation. A conversation in a busy public setting needs a different opening from a scheduled discussion with an existing supporter. The plan should acknowledge that difference rather than force one script into every setting.
Before activity begins, the campaign team agrees the questions it will review. These include whether people understand the purpose, whether concerns are being recorded accurately and whether the next step is being described consistently. A useful review makes the next conversation better.
What we focus on
- Audience and objective brief
- Message priorities and participation journey
- Operating considerations
- Review questions and learning cadence
A useful scope is shaped around the cause, the audience and the team’s practical needs.
