Close the learning loop

Review the campaign journey, not just its final activity.

A practical approach

A campaign review brings its original purpose back into view. Revisit the audience, the intended experience and the practical assumptions in the brief. Compare those assumptions with the questions and observations gathered during activity.

Separate facts from interpretations. A recurring question is an observation; an explanation for why people asked it is a hypothesis. Keeping the distinction visible helps teams avoid turning a few memorable interactions into broad claims about an audience.

The final output should be a short set of decisions: what to retain, what to change and what to investigate next. Assign an owner and a review point to each change. A campaign becomes more useful when its learning can be carried into the next one.

Bring it into the brief

Agree who owns the decision, how the team will practise it and when learning will be reviewed. A clear responsibility keeps a useful idea connected to everyday work.
